UPCOMING WORKSHOP DATES

Because you deserve more than just a checklist.

This isn’t your average prenatal class.
This is The Journey — a 4-week, 8-hour guided experience for expecting and new parents, designed to offer real support, real education, and real community.

Led by a Doula and a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW), this series blends evidence-based care with compassionate, heart-led guidance — creating the space we wish we had when we were preparing to become parents.

What’s Included:

Each week, you'll join us for a 2-hour live, virtual session where we explore topics like:

  • Birth prep & pain management

  • Navigating identity shifts & postpartum emotions

  • Newborn sleep, feeding, and care

  • Boundaries, advocacy, & mental wellness

  • Building support systems that actually support you

You’ll also receive:

  • Real-time Q&As and community conversation

  • Gentle activities and reflection prompts

  • Our beautifully crafted companion workbooks & guides

  • Connection to other families walking this journey with you
